We offer a full integrated pattern making service, including all forms of apparel.
This includes grading. We also offer digital capability. We have decades of experience working with drawings, photographs and samples.

At NMBQ we can do sampling for local and offshore production.

NMBQ is considered to be a unique entity in Melbourne fashion landscape.
As we have a very broad capability, able to make everything from tailored jackets, swimwear and lingerie, contemporary womenswear to childrenswear thanks to our skilled team and large equipment base.
Several very specialised machines are available including flatlock and all other knit machines, multi needle machines from 2 to 9 needle, buttonholers, button sewing, bar tackers and more.
We can do both large and small volume, although anything under 5 units is considered sampling. Our unique flexibility is part of our sustainability practice as we recommend against overproduction, a considerable problem in fashion industry, particularly fast fashion.
Quality is paramount as we feel clothing should not be disposable, so that quality of production sustains sustainability.

PRINTING
NMBQ has an unusually varied screen printing capability. Able to print on all surfaces, both large and small scale.
Large and small volume also available. Textiles is our speciality, both placement and full yardage. We have recently just installed a digital print and are now capable full-scale sublimation and direct to fabric.
We are able to do packaging including circular objects, small scale promotional material, and are also comfortable with all forms of ink from plastisol to water-based. Environmental practices are paramount, including recycling inks and PVC free plastisol’s.
